Spring Creek Super Series Info

The WEER transponder will be used to score all rounds of the Super Series this season. All of these events will follow the rental program described on this page. Each racer will need their own transponder. To rent a transponder for the event, you may use cash, Visa, or Master Card. No checks will be accepted. There will be enough rental transponders at the track for each racer to rent. Transponders will be available for racers to rent or purchase on our rental page before the event. If you plan to pay with a credit card you MUST pay on this site before coming to the trailer to pick up the transponder. Doing your rental online before heading to the track will greatly help reduce lines, and cost you no more than paying cash at the track. 

The live results site this year will have the announcer audio feed streamed live. Anyone with internet will be able to listen to this feed from anywhere. All practice days will also have lap times available on the results site.

Renting a transponder:

A racer only needs one transponder no matter how many classes the racer is in. Transponders can not be shared between racers. Each time your transponder passes over the finish line, the scoring software will know exactly who you are, what position you are in, and what your lap time is.

Each transponder requires the racer to leave $115 for a cash transaction. When the transponder is returned at the end of racing you will receive $100 back. If you use a credit card, your card will be charged $15 up front plus the credit card fees. The 3 events that are 2 race weekends the fees will be $10 additional. If you do not return the transponder at the end of the event you will then be charged an additional $100.** all credit card transactions must be completed at this link before coming to sign up for pickup!!** The rental transponder must be returned at the event. eScore will be open at the same time as registration starts each day of signup for transponders to be rented. We will close 30 minutes after racing each day. Please return your transponders with in these times. In order to keep lines down, and help our staff get packed up and make flights home please return your transponder immediately after your last moto. Any transponder not returned at the track will have to be returned by mail, NOT AT THE NEXT EVENT. See info for this on the transponder returns page above.

Purchasing a transponder:

eScore will have transponders available for purchase at the event. The transponder, one mounting clip, and charger comes with 1 year of activation for $121. When the activation expires a 1 year renewal is $69. 

Lap Times:

After practice and after each race, you will be able to get your lap times and the lap times for every racer who was on the track with you. This information will update every 30 minutes on the results webpage. The report will also show you the unofficial finish position. You must always check the track's posting board for official race results. Results are not official until 30 minutes after they have been posted. The transponder lap time reports do not reflect any penalty or disqualifications that may have been assessed and are not official results. Official results are on the results tab of the webpage, and are not official until 30 minutes after they are posted to the official posting board on site.
