Spring Creek Super Series Info

The WEER transponder will be used to score all rounds of the Super Series this season. All events will follow the rental program outlined below, and each racer is required to have their own transponder.

Transponders can be rented at the track using cash, Visa, or MasterCard (no checks accepted). There will be enough units available for all racers. To help reduce lines, you are strongly encouraged to reserve and pay for your transponder online before arriving. If paying by credit card, you must complete the transaction online prior to picking up at the trailer. Online rental costs are the same as paying cash at the track.

This year, the live results site will include a streaming announcer audio feed, allowing anyone with internet access to listen from anywhere. Lap times from all practice sessions will also be available on the results site.

Renting a Transponder

Each racer only needs one transponder, regardless of how many classes they enter. Transponders cannot be shared. Each time you cross the finish line, the system records your identity, position, and lap time.

• Cash rental: $115 deposit, with $100 refunded upon return ($15 rental fee)
• Credit card rental: $15 fee plus processing fees charged upfront
• Double race weekends: Additional $10 fee
• Unreturned transponder: Additional $100 charge

All credit card rentals must be completed online before pickup.

Transponders must be returned at the event. eScore will be open during registration hours and will close 30 minutes after racing each day. To help reduce lines and support staff, please return your transponder immediately after your final moto. Any unreturned transponder must be mailed back (not returned at the next event). Purchasing a Transponder

Transponders will also be available for purchase at the event. The purchase includes the transponder, mounting clip, charger, and one year of activation for $121. Annual renewal after the first year is $69.

Lap Times & Results

Lap times for practice and races will be updated on the results webpage every 30 minutes. These reports will include unofficial finishing positions and lap times for all racers on track.

Official results will be posted at the track and are not final until 30 minutes after posting. Transponder reports do not include penalties or disqualifications and should not be considered official.
